Process
You may be at a point in your life, curious and motivated to explore some aspects of your journey that may not be fully resonating with you, e.g., personal, academic, professional, marital, family, relational, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, etc.

Our first session includes an assessment, providing an opportunity to explore what is most important to you. In collaboration and curiosity, we can discuss your goals as well as an approach to best reach those goals.

Your engagement in subsequent sessions provide opportunities to further explore your experiences, and to assess outcomes in your journey toward discovery, recovery, and health.
